Very comfortable and great atmosphere. When I travel for please, my friends and I have stayed at Eaglewood Spa in Itasca, il, and Fontana Spa. We are look for a change of atmosphere with more than just a single or double room with little space to move about comfortably. We generally vacation around the middle of July for at least a week. I would like more information about prices and reservations for July 2014, if possible.
all reviews » The two bedroom queen bed suite we stayed in was spacious and it was great that each room had its separate bathroom. Also the kitchen was great, even though we did not use it. The landscape was beautiful, had grass, trees, bushes, etc. Excellent environment and it also was pet friendly. -Very spacious rooms and well-stocked kitchen. -I didn't have much of an opportunity this trip to make use of most of the amenities outside the room (pool, laundry, fitness center, etc.), the facilities all looked very nice, and it's great to have those options if you need them. Located strategic to our purpose which is mainly shopping on the week end of Black Friday. Despite no breakfast and maid service due to thanksgiving holidays we mananaged very well due to excellent amenities in place. Thank you. There were 5 or us and we all had our own spaces. It was very relaxing and clean. It was wonderful, like an oasis after a long day of shopping. It was also close to restaurants. A+. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Pool was nice to relax in. Housekeeping was respectful when cleaning our room. Room was super spacious! Accommodated us nicely. The location and price were great! The facilities were not state-of-the-art, but they were certainly more than adequate for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Schaumburg. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have social mixers with free wine and beer on tuesday through thursdays which is a great way to spend an evening if you are on business on your own. Nothing!! All was great and wouldn't definitely return!. The cleaning personnel left full trash bags and bags of soiled laundry right outside our room door the whole weekend - which was on the tacky side. The pool/hot tub are seasonal only. The furniture and electronics are dated. So far from downtown Chicago. Otherwise I have not complaints. Breakfast buffet was only open until 9AM but checkout not until noon. Should make it run later. Wafflemaker was broken. The appartment is old style and, even if clean, you feel the structure is dated. If you do not have a car it is not easy to move. Some restaurants available on the nearby, but you have to walk a bit. Breakfast area is rather too small and lacks in furniture to accomadate guests during busier times. some of the kitchen staff is not friendly and helpful. Blood on sheets that was not immediately removed. Maintenance was slow. Very worn and dated. Old TV's with poor picture. Need to be refreshed and updated. Nothing. The buildings were not clearly marked and had trouble finding our room, in the dark. Nothing. Starting to show signs of wear and tear. Having to leave. Chairs and couch not very comfortable. Rooms are a bit overdue for a remodel. Looks like they are starting to remodel, which will make this place a wonderful destination. Not enough Parking. nothing bad or that i dislike. needs some up dates tv and mattress. Age old Televisions. the heating system automatic turn off. They did not change the bed sheets. bedroom with king bed was too small; old and outdated tv's; hardware on inside of front door was broken; room rates were way too high. under renovation and when completed will be excellant. The room was a bit dated- I wouldnt rate the hotel as "wonderful"- it was good for the price but needs a revamp to get to "wonderful" rating. there was bug on the room. Not the cleanest place but worked for a one night stay.
