The hotel went through a major renovation, so the hallways, rooms, and facilities are brand new. A very reasonable breakfast included in the rate. There's also a shopping plaza across the street, so the kitchenette comes in handy. We thought that the room was very well set up and the location was just perfect . We love the cleanliness and all the amenities ... Enjoyed our stay.

Kim, the receptionist, was so kind and personable to us. Wasn't a big deal ..that's just how great we enjoyed ourselves. the front desk is difficult to find. The heater in the room was very loud. Thin walls and ceiling, heard people thumping around upstairs. nothing. Queen size beds, prefer king size beds. The room was not cleaned daily. To go breakfast was inconsequential. No way to check out from room, rooms were run down and phone didn't work to call front desk. 1) I booked into a no smoking room, but the smell from the smokers on the same floor was disgusting 2) rooms are a little tired and need updating (carpets mainly). The hotel had no lobby and was under construction. However, letsbookhotel.com did not share this. The hotel smelled like curry. I had to ask for a clean top blanket...one that wasn't used by the former person who stayed in my room. it was clear that this blanket had been 'used'...didn't like that at all..but when i asked for a cleaner one, i was accommodated with eagerness. 318 bathroom door didn't lock. Since it was a pet friendly hotel I expected to see some stool around, but the room stunk like an old wet dog! Even the couch was stinking!. Check in...couldn't find my reservation and was not told anything about grab and go Rooms really outdated. Breakfast - Older remodle. Guest service in Schaumburg! Kim very unprofessional!!.
