  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. We found it too loud w... what people say » hen inside and distracting to conversation even when the music was outside and we elected to eat inside. - Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  The resort was amazing with all it had to offer. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and hiking. The accomodations were beautiful! - Staff was very accommodating. Lots to do for everyone. Great pool and spa facilities.

  The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon as it is located less then 10 miles from teh South Rim entrance. The village also offers a lot of possibilities for dining and has a general store for all kind of shopping. The appartment we had was a 2 bedroom appartment, very spacious with big living room, fully equiped kitchen, terrace, 2 bathro... what people say » oms with shower. Perfect in itself. - The price was very good value. It was also very clean and well maintained. We didn't expect housekeeping service every day, clean sheets and towels. Liked having laundry facilities on site. Over all very impressed and perfect location for the Grand Canyon. Absolutely would like to go back and will for sure recommend to friends and family.

  The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. The front desk staff were very helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending places to eat and the types of food nearby restaurants offered. I was traveling on business and found the location very accessible to where I needed to go. The room was really nice and very well kept by their housekeeping staff. The people at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

  The large room is in fact a small flat with beds at ground level & first floor, little kitchen. Silent air conditioning. Room entry giving on the lawn. Pleasant swimming pool accessible until end of evening. Breakfast & diner at the bar near the pool. Staff is very friendly. - Loved it!   Very professional staff, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious with well done earth tone colors and lots of natural wood. The room decor matched very well with the view of pine trees and resort being located away from the busy Sedona area. The food at their restaurant was the best I had in Sedona. Excellent wine also!   Needed a room for 4 adults. This was the Cheapest and almost the only location that had availability- room was ok. Breakfast was nice. Early breakfast available which is nice option if needed for traveling. Nice selection for breakfast- included! Had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, orange, apple juice and milk. Coffee too! Very nice. Can't beat ... what people say » it for the price! - The staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to make our trip comfortable. Including moving us to a cleaner functional room. Every staff member we spoke to was kind and courteous.
