The included breakfast was a fantastic perk and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. I went to a work conference at the nearby Marriott and for the money, this place was by far the best choice of hotels. The water coolers and complimentary wifi, teas/coffees, fitness room and super clean rooms and maid service was beyond expectations. We traveled for about a week to different locations in az and this was by far the most beautiful, comfortable and thoughtful location -when we said we had a very early flight and would miss their wonderful breakfast, we were immediately handed the nicest "packed breakfast to go" you could imagine -- so thoughtful. We needed close accommodations for a one night layover. We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable bed and room. The early morning staff was great, they gave us breakfast to go and got us to out flight on time. Everything about this hotel was great. Very clean well maintained rooms and an excellent breakfast. Free drinks and popcorn for the kids was available in the lobby when we arrived even late in the evening. We were traveling with our 9 month old daughter, and I called ahead to reserve a crib and early check-in. When we arrived our room was ready with the crib already setup. All who worked there were very courteous and helpful. Loved all of the little touches of candy, cookies and drinks. they are going through a major renovation, my room was done, very pleasant...employees, breakfast had many options. Everything including the very handy breakfast bag they give early departees. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The beds! And the rooms were so clean and smelled great too. Shuttle to and from hotel to shopping mall and airport. Convenient location to airport. close to the airport, free travel to the airport. Good breakfast. I have no negative comments about this location. The pillows were too firm and large, no big deal the bed was very comfortable and the large soft bathtowels were fine to use instead. Can't think of a single negative thing -- everything was perfect -- the bedspreads are to die for! Such a luxurious room and certainly a great value. We got lost finding it as our gps took us to a major road closure. Ingress from 48th street going north. You had to wind through these sketchy businesses to get onto the property. sunday at 3am went to get a coffe for an early flight was told none would be made till 4 am they advertise 24 hours service. Air conditioner was noisy. The front desk staff customer service was poor. I felt like I was bothering them when checking out. Breakfast is pretty simple ;). Not the best neighborhood. the air conditioner was very noisey every time it came on, and thus we did not get a good sleep. Theu did not ask for my Hilton honours point number so i have to find a way to enter this. There were people already in the 1st 2 rooms we were assigned! Fortunately, they had their safety locks on, or we would have walked in on the other patrons! The room we ended up with was very small, musty smelling and worn appearing.
