  We stayed in the house across the street. The owner was extremely helpful. He had made out in advance a detailed map of all of the attractions of Fairbanks and surrounding areas. They stocked the fridge with a huge variety of breakfast items so that we could make what we wanted, when we wanted. This worked particularly well for us since we wer... what people say » e catching a morning flight. Easy to walk to restaurants, visitors' center, etc. - The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They loaned us bicycles to get around and offered to drive us where we needed. The Mrs got up extra early to cook an excellent breakfast before we got the train. There are excellent resterants nearby.

I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!! The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced.   Everyone at the hotel was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. They will also pay for your taxi to and from the airport which is a nice bonus! - breakfast, free HBO, location, rooms, free taxi to train station, no problems.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in my room. The beds were very comfortable.   Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
