The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. -

The staff were friendly & the hotel was quiet & clean. The beds were very comfortable & the hotel was well appointed. The location was close to the airport but slightly out of town. Free shuttles are available from the hotel on demand, so the location out if town is not a problem. -

Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. -
The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.
