the bed was really nice. we had a pretty nice sized room. we had a bathtub that was like a hottub. we got a really nice view. The hotel was fine, it was the website that did not book the room in atimely fashion.very good service, good one could be picked up and drivven o the airport. The staff were very friendly & helpful at all times. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great value for money!. all reviews »
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and airport shuttle bus was very efficient in both directions. I felt very comfortable there. Nice environment....very comfortable bed. Accessibility from airport; free shuttle in evening to nearby bar/restaurant. The staff and breakfast room were exemplary. comfortable bed. very clean and well run hotel. but then its new york. hotel bus,. Shuttlel buses and complementary car to the nearest subway. Airport Shuttle was convenient. proximity to airport. location. A clean and comfortable Hotel close to JFK airport - the room was compact and the staff attentive. The shower in my room was over the bath and there are no surprises there is as this frequently happens in hotels at this price point. Quality of public transport conections to airport and city, and of hotel room and services. It was close to the airport. Nice clean rooms big beds.Quite and Cormfortable, price was fair, shuttle bus service from JFK and to subway was excellent.We arrived at JFK late night and it was only minutes away. So was ideal for our furst night stop. As a stop over on the way to or out of town I think it is good value. Shuttle to/from airport and metro. Breakfast. clean rooms. Prompt service from the daytime reception staff and friendliness of the house keeping staff during the day also. Comfort and cleanliness were fine. Very small room, despite being advertised as a Queen.Location. Was just a night to take a flight in the morning. Near the airport. there was some bugs in the pool. it had only 1 bed. . The fact that they said there were no rooms available but then suddenlyhad one when the ax for the reservation came in is a little suspect.Not near any shops. The hotels location. It was difficult to find the hotel without detailed instruction.not applicable. nobody was there to help me with my luggage to bring to my room.for 160.0 dllars a night????? i had to get a luggage cart to bring all upstairs on my own.well, at least i was able to pay my self a tip and a good one too.....!!!!!!. I booked for 2 nights and on the second day when coming back from a city trip I did not find my personal luggage in my room. They said because they thought I booked only for one night. Unbelievable!!!. dodgy taxi driver I had to Jamaica Station. TV and shower faulty. Breakfast room is small and the breakfast adequate without being special. There are a few food options for evening meals although there are a couple of restaurants that will deliver to the Hotel-food from these restaurants could not be described as being anything other than basic.a bit of cigarret smell. The rooms were small.Not a good choice at all if planing to go to manhattan. Shuttle service is worthless!!!! We used the Holiday inn exspress shuttle and just told them we were staying there then walked accross street to our hotel!. Rooms small and breakfast room to small. The staff could be a bit more friendly. And helpful. I found the shuttle to the airport convenient and the bus driver very helpful. The bed was way too short and the internet connection was not stable at all. No information about where to find the shuttle on the airport.On arrival at 9.00 pm was advised no reservation and receptionist was not familiar with letsbookhotel.com procedure. It took a last minute cancellation to save us from trudging around trying to find alternative accoms. The staff in the breakfast room were quite unfriendly and sat around talking in spanish a lot of the time. Internet connection in room 112 inefficient. The receptionist was not very welcoming, and I felt a bit of an intruder.The checkout receptionist was equally unenthusiastic, but it was 5am.Little bit noisy. The room was small.
Because there was a distribution warehouse near, it was noisy in the morning.Very hard to find. Both my taxi drivers got lost. Run-down appearance.
