I would go again and the first time I drove in I feared for my life from the reviews :-/ I had read but go see for urself and - Linda, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and allowed us to change rooms after we just checked in and got the toilet plugged up. She also found a remote control for us after we switched rooms without complaining. All in all, it was a very comfortable, cost efficient stay. We were only there one night, but will definitely go back whenever we travel to Phoenix again.
