Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services.
all reviews Nice welcome, good spacious clean room and bathroom. Quite good amenities (flat screen TV, microwave). Well located next to the airport and car rentals. Shuttle for the airport and rentals. No included breakfast but a good restaurant next to the hostel. After a long flight, it was so good to be picked up quickly. The driver was cordial and even gave us a bottle of water. Nice perk for the hotel. It was also nice to have the bar and restaurant right there, since we didn't have a car. Very comfortable - staff members treated me as an old friend. Free shuttle from the hotel to the airport - saves all the traffic angst! Really nice restaurant adjoining the hotel - the food was excellent. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The location of the hotel was perfect for this stay. Having a restaurant was another major deciding factor. People were friendly and courtious, room was very clean and comfortable, close to the place I came to be at. It is nice to have a restaurant so close to the hotel. Airport shuttle service fantastic. This hotel ranked as average for comfort, welcome and value. The proximity of I10 to the rear created too much noise. Of the 12 hotels I stayed in this hotel was ranked 7th. I tried to have an e-mail sent to reception and to have it printed out during the night. The lady tried very hard, but did not manage to handle e-mails. Pls consider additional training. Tv was bad. None. Very prominent aircraft noise. Nothing. a little too cheap in accommodations for my liking; aged facility. Nothing. Nothing!!!. There were at times lots of plane noise being so near the airport. But we were able to sleep. A member of the staff did not want to take a day off of my stay even when I told them that my stay would be one day shorter. I gave them almost a week in advance notice. It's far away from shopping centers and restaurants. Directly at the airport (noise). To far away to walk to shops. airport noise. No other restaurants in the area. No free breakfast offered!. Very dated decor. felt like we were right in the airport runways all night. planes were loud and directly overhead. Bad smell in lobby. Noisy because of the airport and interstate. Room was kind of old altho hotel had made some updates. Good enough for one night just passing thru. Would not want to stay there for very long. TV didn't work. Airport noise is extreme. reservations were messed up, they gave us a double twin room, reserved king bed, a little tough for bed acrobatics. Hard to get luggage to room. there were bugs in my room and in my bed. The toilet was broken and rhe staff needs a few lessons on how to be more friendly. room smelled of cigarette smoke.
