The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was great and very tidy, there was everything I needed. The hotel is located just less than 10 minutes walk from the city train stop, that connects you easily with the Airport train (2 stops) and the downtown (around 5 stops).
I am very grateful to the staff who let me in a couple of hours sooner, as I was very tired from the flight. They also offered me everything I needed even if they didn't have to. That was very kind of them.

I went to this hotel at night around 11 pm and the guy was very kind to help me to check in and gave me the wifi passcode even i did not ask. And the room has big bed, freezer,micro-wave and a big mirror. Even the room is face the street, I still think it is very safe cause there are two locks for the door.

Even though I had no need for them, I love the fact that there was a fridge and stove available . The location of the hotel was great. Only two blocks away from the rail station that would take you into the downtown area.
It was clean. The sheets were fresh and the room comfortable. I liked that I could step outside from the room and get to my car. It had adequate air conditioning. Easily accessible Wi-Fi.

less so on wkend?]TV was good the station selections were a lot better
than other places I've stayed at in town.
Excellent location, close to downtown Phoenix, and easy access to the airport. Great location for people using public transit with the motel located a few blocks from the Light Rail.
Dale and maria were excellent managers who went out of their way to be helpful in all ways. The room was clean and freshly remodeled as was the whole motel. I felt very safe.

The website promised more than actually provided. No curtains to block light stained towels no rags provided. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Among other things. Website offered coffee in room but there wasn't no ice bucket or anything.

They had bed bugs I was bitten many many times and I'm still in discomfort. Would not give me my money back. Horrible night itching all night long.

No Complains. But I Would Suggest A Microwave (Since everyone is lazy now a days).
I arrived late (11 pm) and did not at all feel safe coming by foot from the airport to that location (30 min walk). Following morning police stopped by me as I was waiting for a cab, telling me not to stay at the side of the road with my luggage and PC because it was unsafe...
Parking sucked of you have a truck or van amd the towels were rough, old and thin!.
Would have liked it better if they had a shuttle to the airport. Also they had a stove but no pan or pot to cook with. Microwave would be better.
Wifi was intermittent in room. Was better near office door.

The neighborhood was a little questionable but it served its purpose for an overnight stay to catch the plane in the morning.
Neighborhood was "interesting" to this middle class traveller. (ie a bit colorful or sketchy...was that a pro I saw standing near the driveway?...Interesting!). Lots of other hotels in this area, same class, so, "oh, well, it is what it is"

We understand, you get what you pay for and the motel was inexpensive.
Rooms had no smoke detectors.
It took too long to cool off the room. Heard sounds like the building was settling in, including a sharp sound against a wall. Not sure what that was.
I knew the area had hookers and there were a few walking along the main street.

Too much noise from the streets.
I did not feel welcome. There was no eye contact with the gentleman on
reception.I Was instructed rather than guided. The room was not as cheap
as expected. In hind sight, I could have got a better deal in a better
area. This area is not to be recommended at night. It is not a pleasant
area at all. There is a lot of noise immediately outside with people
coming and going.
