A hotel providing exactly what we were looking for: A large, clean, comfortable and practical room right in the centre of New York at a reasonable price. Travelling with a toddler we really enjoyed the two double beds, which meant that we could in fact have been sleeping four in the room without any difficulty. And the big wardrobe together with the four big drawers, desk, suitcase carrier etc. made it easy for us to unpack and keep the room tidy. There was plenty of hot water in the bath and d.

Many restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my dog. Relatively spacious room. Loved this hotel stayed 7 nights spotlessly clean , perfect location absolutely Brilliant staff, every staff member was friendly ,welcoming and extremely efficient couldn't do enough for you ,the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus with fresh food good choice and lovely staff . Great location for shopping, NYC visits and lots of small eating joints around, including a nice cafe right alongside. I really like the cleaning room; though the room is kind of small if I were with another people, I can't expect more at this great location in the big city (p.s: there is only one block to the most prosperous part of the 5th ave.) ;the room looks clean and new and wasn't too noisy; the breakfast is good and offering food nation wide; the bathroom is OK too; the staff is friendly. The front desk staffs were super nice and we received a very warm welcome. I'd like to mention Lauren's name. She was really helpful and gave us the direction of the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. The room was very neat and clean. Bathroom was clean and shiny. We liked the small note beside the sink :). We will definitely come back to stay here again :). The room and overall the hotel are perfectly clean. The location is convenient to walk exploring the city - the Broadway, 5th Avenue and the Empire State Building are nearby. And its quiet at night. The elevators at the building are very efficient, you don't have to wait much anytime. Good complimentary breakfast. Great new place with excellent staff (thanks particularly to Taylor and Brian). Extremely clean. My king room on 15th floor was ideally sized with a large TV and coffee and tea making machine. Wifi worked well. Location in Midtown 5 minutes from Macys and 10 from Empire State and Penn Station. All the staff were polite, helpful welcoming and friendly throughout both days and nights. We had a particularly good experience with Brian, who was exceptionally professional and dealt with a situation that arose above and beyond our expectations! Very happy!. I liked everything in this hotel, unlike other Holiday-inn hotels in mid-town, I really liked this one, it got perfect location with easy access to many places around, perfect receptionist who were helpful,friendly,polite,funny and most of all knowledgable. In terms of pricing, the value really works out only if you book well in advance, The rooms are too cramped for two to stay for more than a day or two, and my confirmed taxi to the airport (which they were a bit pushy in booking for me) did not turn up in time finally. It should have extension on the hours to check out; I got many luggues by my self, I was kind of expecting to get some help from the hotel; people pay attention if you want to go the the western part of the city, careful, because it's both one way avenue if either side out of the hotel-->if trying to get a taxi, go out at least 3 times earlier than you should be. We had to wait for the elevator for a very long time. There should be more toasters at the breakfast room. Breakfast can have some more variety. The hotel charged me an unexpected deposit of $15 "if you will smoke in our non-smoking room" and did not return it. But I do not smoke at all. Tried to contact the hotel via 2 email addresses but one of them is invalid and the other do not respond. Also missed vegetables on the breakfast. Breakfast options limited. nothing serious. maybe just the size of the room for the regular one, was a bit small, but it would be ok with me. Nothing. The sliding door into the bathroom. Wish I had a door. Nothing. for some reason, i don't think the bed is that clean. maybe just my personal feeling. Nothing to complain about. Just remember that nyc is very creative in taking your money away - the taxes all all sorts and flavors will add about 20% to the booking price. The breakfast room was too crowded every morning and the breakfast was very poor. The a/c unit was constantly blowing and loud. Would have liked a bar fridge in the room. None. Room very small. Would like water bottles available in the breakfast area, or a small fridge in the room. We brought small juices with us that needed refrigeration. Room quiet small. Probably good for NYC, but seemed expensive for a clean, nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but functional and nice and clean. The resturants in the area do not stay open late. No problems at all. just pricey but all is. Quite expensive but then this is New York City. Had a room on the high floor so minimal noise from traffic. However, wall noise insulation from other rooms is poor. Such a good hotel shouldn't have someone like Logan working at the front desk. He should do another job or enroll quickly in a customer service training so he learns how to treat customers kindly. He's been the rudest and least helpful hotel staff I've ever met and I spend over 150 nights/ year in hotels. Rooms are definitely small, but well appointed. I was not informed that I would not earn point due to my membership to Priority Club. It has to be clarely indicated in the reservation web page. I went to book for another stay and price change. It was more. Rooms are very small. noise, size of the room - but I guess that's normal in NYC. Breakfast area always really busy. The price is high and the room is small. It was noisy outside at night. Nothing. shower door needs adjustment to close.
