Location. Location. Staircase/entrance dirty, not well lit noise from large air con? Unit outside bedroom windows. We brought earplugs Hole next to apartment air on unit in window, took 2days to fix and owners/managers hard to contact about it, bugs came in and noise unbearable, we did it use that bedroom until it was fixed. Bed bugs Dirty.
