  Great hotel, great staff. Met our non-luxury, but clean and comfortable and not necessarily "budget" needs. Good location for Rugby tournament in Sam Boyd Stadium (location was reason we chose the hotel the first time- now we just keep going back b/c we like it). - just about everything,about our stay was an excellent .I really liked the cover ... what people say » on the remote control ,cause I take time to clean it very.every time I stay at a motel.But did not need to at this best western,and I really enjoyed not having to clean it.

  It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz concert).   We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. One day during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly while it was treated with chemicals.
