  The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. If I ever go back to New York I will absolutely go back to this hotel. Stayed 5 nights... what people say » with my sister in November 2008. - Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Hotel,room and bathroom were beautiful. Enjoyed and appreciated complimentary wineandcheese offered before show, allowed us have leisurely late meal after show. Breakfast was great. We were able to leave our luggage to shop for a while the next day, which was very helpful. Overall REALLY liked hotel, would go back!!

  We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Our experience was flawless. We came to New York as a Christmas present to our grandchildren. Out room over looked time square and every experience we had was... what people say » magical. Thanks to the great staff at the Marriott Marquis, they could not have been anymore professional, helpful or kind, especially to our little - The Marriot Marquis have a very friendly staff. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

  The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows. Location is almost in the heart of times square so here it stands - Hotel was very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was very helpful and very available.   Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room... what people say » , small but nice and clean gym) - It was like having your own ny apartment just steps from everything! Wehave stayed at several other trendy 4 star hotels in the area and thiswas far better than any of those! As a plus they offered Freecomputer/printer/internet use. The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july. the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again - ... what people say » you don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
