Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:)

The breakfast was the best! We particularly liked that hot chocolate,coffee, and fruit was available at all times. The lobby was a nice place to relax. The location was great, right on the river. The rooms were very clean and confortable and I enjoyed returning to a clean room everytime I got back to the hotel. Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.
