It was very good both from service's and location's point of veiw. proximity to attractions and transit, facilities were excellent. The location and the customer service provided. Location, staff, hotel facilities. Location, clean, good prices. good facilities and comfort. location; comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters in the Central Loop. It was a big weekend with a lot of people in the hotel but any request or question I had was always answered and addressed quickly and helpfully. When I come back to Chicago I'd definitely stay there again.

Our long narrow room was a little claustrophobic.I did not have an ice bucket in my room. An ice machine was not located on each floor. In the central business district, there were few restaurants or clubs open at night, and panhandlers could be aggressive. It did not feel safe to wander far from the hotel at night.There was no bath tub in my room but only shower. Maybe it was my faultnot to check it when I reserved the hotel, but I prefered to have thebath tub in my room. The staff were needlessly unkind. I've seen worse, but fortunately, the neighbours weren't too noisy.walls were not very sound proof. The keycard did not always work in the lift.not enough cable channels. rooms are very small.there was a renovation of the whole hotel while i was there.i was not informed of the fact while making reservation. too small.
