The location was great, right on the river. The rooms were very clean and confortable and I enjoyed returning to a clean room everytime I got back to the hotel. I especially like the elevator security, one has to swipe your room key inorder to go to a hotel floor. They did not have this at the super expensive "Trump Towers" across the street. You have some very well trained staff members. I was very pleased with how they kept up my room upon my late return each evening.

Excellent price, excellent location and excellent facilities. Cheaper than the official conference hotel (Hyatt) next door, still perfectly comfortable place to stay. I wished I didn't have to go to the ground floor to get ice since I was staying on the 24th floor; sometimes you have to wait a while for the elevators and only 1 of them went to LL1.Only two elevators, which can cause significant delays. excessive phone fees, no bill given during check-out, noise level due to thin walls of non-tower rooms. The hotel is 40 stories, and the building only has 2 elevators that serve the floors that contain hotel rooms. This created long wait times for the elevator, causing us to walk up and down 20 flights of stairs during peak elevator use times. room size. There was a woman working the front desk during our stay who was notvery pleasant and when I saw her with other guests she did not exhibitgood customer service with them. In particular she was very short withguests or seemed annoyed by simple questions regarding checking in orout. Everyone else was very nice and service requests were handledquickly such as a request for an iron and board. I did not like that the breakfast was not included. I rather pay few more dollars extra...room was a little cramped, staff didn't restock items well. slow elevators. mediocre service. Room vety smalll.
