One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
