The staff were extremely helpful. The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine. The hotel is within a few minutes of major attractions yet is away from the traffic and noise. Very clean, elegantly decorated, comfortable beds, well kept grounds, nice gym, polite staff. We had a great time...will stay there again.

Loved the staff and all they had to offer. Convenience to the convention center. Heavenly beds - unbeatable!!!. I would have liked a shop onsite to purchase water and other items rather than having to go to the bar all the time. Even a vending machine would suffice. Parking was $15 per night self park and WiFi $14.95 per day...overpriced. No microwave in room was an inconvenience. More coordinated activities for the children would have been nice. Food service dining area. I was seated by a very nice head waiter. No one came to my table to offer me any thing to drink or ask if I needed refills. The head waiter had to be motioned over to get service. The waiter for my table delivered the check and disappeared. I had to ask another employee (not a waiter) to take the check. The food was not hot or that good. Seems to be an ant problem around the pool. I had to keep my feet up on my chair because every time I put them down ants would come out from between the tiles. I even tried moving to different chairs. Nothing in particular. Wish they had airport transportation. Pay for parking, may discourage me from staying there again even though it is nice. It's not like staying in the city where Real estate is of a premium. View: overlooking the parking lot. Staff was not very attentive.
