  My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel ... what people say » to others. - Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !

  The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything.   We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors.
