My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel to others. Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !.
all reviews » Having stayed at many New York city hotels in the last 20 years, I was surprised that it took me so long to discover the Hilton Times Square. Everything was amazing about this hotel and I can not wait to stay there again. I will be sure to recommend this fabulous hotel to all my friends. The rooms were recently remodeled and included a mini-fridge. Even though the hotel was fully booked, you would never know it - blissfully quiet! Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. Once inside the hotel lobby and beyond, you didn't feel like you were anywhere near Times Square. the view out the 32nd floor facing North was awesome. being a half block from the Square. location so convenient to see the northern midtown area. was just renovated, very nice room. had a coffee maker, wife loved it. air conditioner was absolutely silent. secure area. 1- location 2- security 3- price 4-friendly staff 5-fast check in 6-clean rooms 7- a lot and fast elevators 1- الموثع ممتاز 2-فندق امن 3-السعر مقبول 4-موظفين خدمتهم ممتازه 5-السرعة في الدخول 6- الغرف نظيفه 7- مصاعد كثيرة وسريعه. Everybody was very friendly most of the time, one staff member was a little rude when he brought our bathrobes. I liked being on the 41st floor cause I heard barely any noise from outside even for being right on Times Square. Location. Proximity to all there is to do in Times Square area. No need for a cab to get to fine dining, bars, shopping, nightlife, etc. King room was large and clean. Nice view of 42nd St. Quick check in and check out. Great Location, near the Time Square, and in a walking distance to most popular sites in NY. Rooms are decent sized. Staff are professional and understanding, and good concierge and transportation service. the location was close to the famous time square and was close to many of the tourist attractions. Did not like the offer for the 2 night stay that sounded like an amazing offer until you find out you have to give them 90 minutes of your time during the visit. No thank you!. the price although we did get a good offer of a reduced price.Also the addition off all the local and state taxes increases the total price quite a bit although this is not the fault of the hotel. Room service costs. No parking. Breakfast and internet not included. Lift Carpets needs shampooing, little smelly!!!. I don't think some of these hotels do themselves any favours.....the bar drinks were very expensive ....for example...4 small lemonade shandies were $40. Breakfast Buffet at $30/person. (Toast in my room costs $5.00??). Paying extra for wi-fi in a $450/night room. I don't like paying for internet in expensive hotels I also don't like city tax and state tax not being included in the quoted price as per VAT is in UK and European hotels. Can't think of any negatives. The service was not so good. We had to call twice for champagne glasses. One day we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door. At 4pm we asked to have our room cleaned, they smiled and said ok. Our room never got cleaned. For storing bags on the last day, we were told to wait in room and someone would come up. When we called to say we were ready, they told us to bring the bags down...seems like service is confused... Although the rooms have recently been refurbished, the carpet was still threadbare and the wallpaper torn. I stayed in room 4414. breakfast was poor and staff not very friendly. nothing. Thermostat was broken in my room, could not get temp to go above 74 degrees. Wifi is $$ in rooms wifi is per device! So u need to pay for every device daily!. nothing!. a bit roudy and noisy(from street level) in hotel room. Location - too many tourists around on 42nd. to much hustle and bustle for me . Liked everything!. Taking two sets of elevators to get to room. The price is a bit high then the taxes are painful...... The room could have been more clean. my bathroom was dirty at check in. Nothing. not much at all. Nothing.
