The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! What made this place stand out from the other hotels was the staff. They are very friendly and comply to every request of the guest. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel by far has the best front desk service. I also like all the amenities that are located in the room which include a refrigerator and a microwave. In my opinion those are essential needs of a traveler.
