  Such a great experience. From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. Everybody acted genuinely happy to see me, and made me feel like a vip!! When learning it was an anniversary, drink vouchers were given to me and my wife for the Firefly, the attached restaurant. We ate there that evening, and had a fant... what people say » astic meal. Our room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the Metro stations made getting around the city very easy. The hotel is not in a 'tou - Room is big , balcony nice , u can smok in balcony , staff so friendly and helpful , i remamber the name of staff hassan and kelly , kristen always over night sheft all of them are good and even in the bar people , my plan was one night but i extended more 3 nights , every things near to u just need walk between 5 minutes max 20 mins to white house .......

  This hotel is in a great location to see all the dc attractions, I think they must give their staff happy pills because these people are unconditionally pleasant all the time. From the assistant front desk manager Julie to the unbelievable Concierge Elizabeth you cannot beat this staff. The hotel is decorated fantastically, the rooms are huge, eve... what people say » rything works. The location is great for local restaurants and a nice 30 minute walk to everything. The only thing I would make the manager aware of i - This was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed as a tourist. The quality you get for the price you pay is phenomenal. (Most of) the staff was extremely friendly, especially the girl at the reception who helped us with the check-in. The room and the bathroom have everything you need and even more. The room delivery service works as it should. All in all, a great choice.

  letsbookhotel.com gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. Also, the tv in the flat... what people say » didn't work and it took two days to get it fixed. - Very nice apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room. Even though the company said I couldn't leave my my luggage for a couple of hours after my check out, I had no problem, as this was a main concern.

  We stayed here for 5 nights in late August and it was fabulous. Very spacious interconnecting rooms, ideal for a family of 6 and extremely comfortable beds. Lovely décor, friendly and very helpful staff. Great little touches such as guest happy hour from 5-6pm during which you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, milk and cookies before bedtim... what people say » e for the kids and complimentary teas and coffees in the lobby at breakfast time. - Great staff, service. Very helpful, never ignored, clean, with great amenities. Like any trip item you forgot, they provide! Also great location to sightsee and hundreds of amazing restaurants. Overall loved it! Someone trained this staff to be very courteous and helpful, without an ounce of attitude or disdain. Very much appreciated.

  For a city hotel, the room was very large easily accommodating 2 queen size beds along with an easy chair plus ottoman. The bathroom was down a hallway and had a dressing room with a bureau before the door.Khalid helped us with our car and our luggage. Everyone was so friendly. Beds and linens were so comfortable! - Upon arriving at the hotel our room was instantly upgraded to an Executive Suite for no additional charge. We were very interested in the complimentary wine hour, but since our morning was hectic we did not attend it. The location is perfect and 5 blocks from the White House. Also it is a 10 minute cab ride to Georgetown. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to DC.

I don't know if it was southern hospitality or Hilton training, but everyone we came in contact with, including coffee shop and bar personnel, were friendly and efficient.   Everything at the the hotel was top of the line, from the staff to the pillows. They gave new gym cloth in order to stay at the fitness center until it was time to go to the airport.
