  My daughter and I were fortunate to get a room at the back of the hotel, which kept us from hearing any noises from other guests passing by our room. Location is literally accross the street from Disneyland/California Adventure, right by the front entrance, making it very easy to go back to your room and crash for quick nap before resuming your da... what people say » y at the park. You can also keep your car parked at the hotel after the 11:00 AM check out, in case you aren't through having fun yet. There is a fee - Location, location, location. You can't get much closer to the Disneyland entrance gates than this hotel. Also within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Nice rooms, pool is a big plus for the kids. Check out is at 11am but if you want to spend a last, full day at the park you can arrange to pay a parking fee and leave your car at the hotel. It is a buck less than parking at Disney and you don't have to spend precious morning time moving the car. For us it was a great convenienc

  The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot. Fairly easy to find and the entrance to get back on the highway is really close by. There was no excessive nois - The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

  We were afraid that at these prices we've be staying in a scroungy place, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice big safe that our laptop fit into, clean rooms with fridge and microwave, and right across from the main entrance to the park. We move here from a very expensive place down the road and wished we'd started out here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. - This is the second time that we have stayed here and I have been happy both times. There isn't anything fancy about this hotel, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the pool is well maintained and to top it off you can't beat the location. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. Which is nice after you have been at the park and just want to get back to your to your room. Especially if you have young children.

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property. The ambiance is like a nightclub and very hip.   The staff lead by Upali, was family! The room was always clean and stocked well,and each day we would return, to find the beds made up with all of our Amusement park toys and animals decorating the beds and room! The kids loved it, and we felt like family. It was also fun to meet the guests in the parking lot to watch Disney's nightly fireworks! Additionally, Upali a - The staff was phenomenal! Super helpful with all inquiries and generally just friendly. Definitely get bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and never once did the staff disappoint. If you ask the management about short cuts to Disney it's only a 5 min walk to the trams so we were able to go in and out of Disney in about 20 min for quick changes or mid day naps no problem. Love this place!

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! The hotel offered a shuttle every 30 min... what people say » s. to and from Disneyland free of charge!! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not being from the area, we got lost trying to find the hotel using the freeway system.   I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and be comfortable. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.
