  The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance of all shops and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. - I had a park view room so it was as nice to stay in as go out.   Because there were three of us, our number 1 requirement was space followed by the ability to make a breakfast or snack. Also its central position and price - Everyone that we dealt with at the front desk was fabulous! The room was huge and extremely clean! We really loved everything!

  This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family.   The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... what people say » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
