  Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... what people say » oom, which we loved. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

  I stayed in the King Terrace Suite, and it was FABULOUS. The room was beautifully decorated, the view from the large terrace was AMAZING, and the room was so cozy and spacious. The staff at the front desk (my check-in attendant was Robert) was very friendly and professional, and made me feel very welcome.
