Great size of room. Good beds. Club level in Ritz Carlton is always a must! You can eat and drink and this will be an extension of your own room. Service. location. Battery Park on south Manhattan is a bit far away from the action. You need to take a lot of taxis or the subway to get to places. No tea/coffee making in room. the safe was too small, the aircon was too loude, house keeping not too good, binoculars are a joke, all in all not what one expects from a ritz-carlton.
