The view from our room was incredible! The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded room, which we loved. all reviews » The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode. Everything was perfect, from our first step in the Hotel till the goodbye. Location is unbeatable. We just tasted the breakfast which was good but most of all, I would like to thank the Concierge Team which were to me the best ever Concierge I met. They made our stay outstanding. Thank you again. Trump Soho was exquisite, we had a 34th floor room which had incredible views of both the Hudson, and the city. We booked a spa package which was very good. We were also able to use the pool area. The location is great for shopping. Staff was very attentive with every need. The hotel was amazing and staff were even better! My girlfriend and I got an upgrade to a suite because it was her birthday! best experience of our lives, definitely be back soon. Breakfast on mezz level and opens too late and service was slow for al a carte options. There wad nothing I did not like. Didn't get to visit gym to see. No complementary WLAN. Breakfast is expensive. Nil..... The doormen, maybe I got them on a bad day, but the only time a door was opened for me, even when carrying many bags, was when I was leaving. Carpet was a little dirty. Bellboy used to take a lot of time to deliver packages. nothing . no Free wifi!!!!. AC too noisy Staff Expensive. No door at the bathroom at all, just a frosted glass divides the toilet from the rest of the ambience. A little privacy, even when you're travelling with your significant other is needed, unless you like to do your "business" with witnesses. Room a bit dusty. Air con too cold in lobby. Room not ready maintenance putting up curtains so not a great first impression. Considering I did not check in until 17:00 very disappointing and work not completed until 19:00.... No change available at reception and check out very indifferent about the stay... Pricey Staff was good but missed the mark on several items Took cold shower on what was one of the coldest days of the year - supposedly a memo was sent to inform clients - we did not get the memo - front desk attendant was "sorry". That's all - nothing was done or said to make the situation better.
