  The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. - The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

  The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't want to bring everyone to the overcrowded breakfast room (spring break)...so they let us take food back to the room without any problems. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was especially friendly. I loved how she helped and greeted everyone and kept the items well stocked... what people say » . She helped get our morning started off in the right direction! - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, it was close to all Disney parks as well as restaurants and food stores such as Publix and Wal Mart on the same street. The room was clean and having a kitchen in the room was awesome since I have 3 kids and eating in the park would have been very expensive. We will be staying there again for sure.

  When we first pulled in the front desk staff was very welcoming.. Entering our villa it was really well put together, clean and very spacious.. Also there was an immaculate view facing the lake.. All the things you could think to need in a home they supplied..(all cooking utensil, washer/dryer etc. Very cost efficient I saved more than i would hav... what people say » e at a hotel.. - From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.
