The rooms was spacious and very clean. I loved staying at Magical Memories and I would stay again. I have already recommended it to friends and family members who plan to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Everything about the unit was great! Brand new spacious 4-bedroom. Great location in Kissimee.We liked the villa and thought it was an over-all very nice place to stay. Clean,homey feel.

The four bedroom villa was huge and all the bedrooms had closets. 2 of the bedrooms had its own full bathroom. access to tourist destinations, but far enough not to be overwhelming. Comfortable space with the pool and amenities within the condo.I liked the spacious accommodations (3 bedroom condo) and the security (gated entrance). The pool and clubhouse were nice. The privacy and security. having a home base and washing machine and dryer. THe villa was nice and clean and very roomy!. Nice cofartable room. I loved the size of the villa. There were three of us and we had a lotof materials as we were presenting at a conference and had lots of roomto spread out.space. There is a $5 charge for activating the phone for long distance calls (including 1-800 numbers). Complementary wifi would have been great!. Pick-up and return of keys was an inconvenience. Is there any other way to handle this? It was quite a distance away. The king bed was uncomfortable and one of the tvs in the unit did not work.I was not very thrilled with the staff at the check in desk. They were not very attentive and bordered on rude. Internet was not free. The only thing i did not like, is in one of the rooms they had a small TV where you barely could see the screen. All the other rooms has nice size TVs. The beds were not comfortable.The floors were not as clean as I would have liked and there were tiny little bugs in some of the rooms. Also, the directions to the Villa were incorrect. Please put more effort in cleaning the facilities. (Carpet). The only part I did not like about the hotel was the fact that the villas are 10 miles away from where the office is located. Beds and blankets were uncomfortable. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I thought the location of the hotel was too far away from the major attactions. carpets were pretty old, the toilets ran somtimes, and our stove didnt work properly, but they came and fixed the stove and we just delt with the rest.The availbility of staff was very bad, the hours to get intouch with the front desk was terrible and if you wanted to get info from them after hours it just didn't happen! Several times family tried to call us at our villa and could not get through!. We had to checkout e arlydue to work on the parking lot. By 9:00 a.m. there was still no work being done. kitchen utenselis were very poor quality. Need better ( teflon) frying pans . Also very limited variety. Cable TV had very few channels, no espn etc. I would prefer to have television set in all the bedrooms not only in the master bedroom and living room. The location! I booked Magical Memories Villas because when I googledthe address on the website it showed that it was 8 miles from ShingleCreek Resort where my conference was. Then when I checked it I found outthat this address was the office. The villas turned out to be 17 milesfrom Shingle Creek and it was very inconvenient!. The telephone system in place, was very frustrating. Long distance wasjust not easy, especially with the provider servicing yournetwork.Disappointed ! Sound insullation between our master bedroom andnext door unit not the greatest, could here their television. Carpets,wall to wall not doing a service to the appeal factor.Not enough televisions to accommodate every. No pictures on the walls to make one feel at home. Access to club house not available during certain hours and week-ends. No access to local calls, unless a fee was paid. I was under the impression that my villa I paid for had access to a private pool. The kids were most dis-appointed.

- Exit the airport (south exit) to Greeneway Express (Route 417).
- Take Greeneway (Route 417) South.
- Exit at number 6 to Route 535.
- Turn left onto Route 535 and continue to the S.R. 192 (Irlo Bronson Mem. Highway).
- Turn right onto the S.R. 192.
- At the next light, which is Poinciana Boulevard., turn left.
