Everything was clean. The villa was a lot nicer than I anticipated. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. We had a four bedroom which was ample space for my family of six. The unit was perfect for us: grandparents, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. -

the location as well as the caretakers were both formidable....i would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself....accomodated 8 people with ease....location 6 minutes from disney...shopping nearby...walmart...target etc.......tons to do - Very beautiful villa with everything in it.

From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.
