  very good price quality, coffee in the morning is available - Simply the value for money. The staff proof that it does not cost anything to be friendly. Ideal for those that just want a place to sleep with a good bed, clean sheets towels and bathroom rather than a pretentious higher class hotel with arrogant staff.

  The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. - The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4.   This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. - The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Very sweet older lady who serv - I loved how much room we had in our room,we stayed a week and never had any.complaints,the staff was great and the housekeeper was amazing with us having a 9 yr old and teenage girls ,they can get messy ,but everyday we came back from parks the room was extremely clean and even when we told her we were ok she still checked in on is later that day to see if we needed towels or anything ,our stay there was super great
