The Inn is located in Cocoa Beach and is an oldie but a goodie. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean and large. I loved the fact you could walk about 50 feet and sit watching the sunset on the Banana River and then walk across the street (A1A) and watch the sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean. What could be better? -

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our older children which worked out fantastic!! Breakfast buffet was adequate and helped out on meal budget. The pier was across the street and shopping/ restaraunts within walking distance. We would stay here again when traveling back to this area !! -

The hotel was right next to the beach , only a 2minute walk. Also it was next door to Ron Jons .Terry was really friendly, and our room had a patio door that overlooked the garden and pool. We had a drink in the Tiki Bar and was made very welcome. -

We stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Florida this year. It is a very good location – 1 hour driving time to Orlando, about 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The young lady at the front desk when we arrived had the most wonderful personality. She was so informative and helpful about what was in the area that we could enjoy. If more businesses had people with her personality greeting their customers everything would have a more positive outcome.

Everything. The hot tub is awesome. The staff is very professional when they need to be (yet, down-to-earth and informal if the situation calls for it) and very accommodating overall. The suite was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were TVs in both rooms. The hot tub was huge. It was within walking distance of the beach. The price was great! I will definitely stay here again!
