Convenient for access to the Kennedy Space Centre (45 Minute drive), No breakfast but plenty fast food within 100 metres. Access to the Atlantic beach very good 5 minute walk. Room was clean, good size but it is still a budget motel but good value.all reviews »
Friendly staff, clean rooms, steps away from the beach. Overall a great "no frills" hotel for someone who wants a inexpensive place to stay at the beach for the weekend. Ask for a room with a fridge, some have them, some don't.
Good value for the money,as most hotels are overpriced in Cocoa Beach,
compared to Daytona beach for example,and I don't know why ? The
room was basic, but quite clean, and it was well situated for
restaurants etc.

They charge for WiFi, but hey, we were there for the beach, not internet! And to their credit, they stayed the charge due to their systems reliability, so we didn't pay this time.
Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and body wash... none in the room.
Reception was good, but they seem not to have the rooms ready, till
later in the day. We arrived at 3:30 pm and some rooms still were not
ready. I heard the receptionist tell one lady to come back at 5 pm ?
They need to have security tell other people to go inside their rooms,
people were yelling and partying outside of their rooms at 3 am !.

The TV was small and old. It had good stations (including HBO) but they were all fuzzy.

The staff was right outside my window smoking, ranting and raving about the crew.
Rooms were not available at check in time. Staff at check in was horrible. Next shift got better. Cable was not available for almost 2 hours due to satellite. Need regular cable.

little old looking, the TV was way out of date and a little fuzzy, a kettle in the room would be nice too. also our non smoking room smelled a bit like smoke. for the price though it was pretty good. the staff were really friendly too.

Lots of criminal elements, very dirty hotel grounds. Room smelled musty. Saw one of the cleaning crew use a pillow case to pick up a dead bird, didn't throw pillow case away.

Ask for a street level room....stated did not have one available, however not but a few cars in lot??
No clock No up-to-date tv(flat screen.... Bed squeaks every time you turn over..kept me awake all nite...Coffee cold from a thermo bottle. got a smoking room and do not even smoke!!!! This one needs a complete renovation from top to bottom and oh yeah did not even have pictures on a single wall in room.
