Location was great, it was a longer walk to the beach than 300 feet, but it wasn't bad. We walked to dinner and Ron Jons Surf Shop. They had a great deal on cruise parking. The room was completely remodeled and nice. Pool was great. Really loved the cruise package, and the staff made sure we had a number to call if we had any questions or problems. Liked the set-up and décor of the rooms, very spacious. Very good breakfast with a lot of options.

Front Desk very helpful. Loved the Louge. We like to stay for the pre cruise night and the good parking and shuttle bus to and from the Port, great value. Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed for early check in, which allowed us more time to roam the area. Rooms were renovated recently and were very clean. Perfect price for a quick beach trip while in FL. It was a very reasonable price and Wonderful location! We will definitely stay again!. We loved our up grade staying after cruise. It made our trip ending so comfortable. I appreciated this so much. - Stayed on our way to Kennedy Space Center, it took only 20 minutes to get there from hotel - you can park your car right in front of your room door - pool also had small hot pool nearby - nice bar on the premises - wifi was working nicely. The one way streets make it a little tricky to get into the parking lot, but that really isn't the hotels fault. The outside is a little dated, but the beautiful inside more than made up for any age on the outside. The bar was filled with smoke. You should have a no smoking area for people to relax and have a drink. We received a coupond for a free house drink and we had to run in and get it to go and drink it in the room. Everything was great!. I didn't like the water pressure and the floors were a little dirty. Breakfast cut off time is only till 9am. Wish it was longer. Motel style with door on parking lot, but we felt very safe. Nothing. One day we found our room with the door propped open after it had been cleaned, nothing was missing, but that should never happen in any hotel. no problems, very pleased. every thing ok. a little bit far from the beach. Bathroom had issues shortly after checking in. It was fixed, however not throughly cleaned. Room didn't look and feel clean. No towels at pool. No snacks/food service at hotel other than breakfast. None. Very dirty, ants everywhere, sand in the bed(before we got in), I was there for one night, but nothing like I expected. Wifi did not work...too weak signal. 1 - I didn't like the size of the room. It was much smaller than at other Quality Inn & Suites that I have stayed in this year. 2 - There were too many people at the hotel's complimentary breakfast. 3 -The sidewalks could use a good pressure washing to get rid of the grime and bubble gum. - You can see in the bathroom that you are in a cheap motel. Mattress was old spring-type. Noisy and too saggy in the middle. Bedspread woefully outdated...was it from the 70s????? There was an access door to another room....light came in from the bottom and the next room was very noisy with conversation which was easily heard through the one access door. The room was too small and needed to be cleaned better. It looked very used and worn. Needs updating. Very tired and outdated. Rooms, air conditioner and beds are showing their age. well need to clean up the area. The "street level" motel style rooms .. very noisy. Small space. I book with you a Double Room with Two Double Beds . they didn't gave it to me. Unhappy...they one staff treat me unprofecional over the phone. Bathroom, very outdated and old. The room though clean, smelt foul, really stale and fusty, I had to spray half a can of deodorant before I could walk through the door. Breakfast was very poorly managed and therefore a very stressful and chaotic start to the day. The strap line for this hotel chain, is home from home comfort but this couldn't be further from my experience and after 1 night we couldn't get out quick enough.... Sorry!!!. Floor in room was dirty. Door did not open or shut well. Well too big. Staff did not have time to care, too many people. Breakfast area crowded beyond imagination. Food awful. room is smelly; vents and air-conditioner very dusty an dirty breakfast area very crowded - bumper to bumper cannot get any food parking a problem. Room dirty. They charged the wrong credit card and then I had to wait days to get the money back which kind of threw a wrench in the plans.
