  The Inn is located in Cocoa Beach and is an oldie but a goodie. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean and large. I loved the fact you could walk about 50 feet and sit watching the sunset on the Banana River and then walk across the street (A1A) and watch the sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean.   Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our older children which worked out fantastic!! Breakfast buffet was adequate and helped out on meal budget.   The hotel was right next to the beach , only a 2minute walk. Also it was next door to Ron Jons .Terry was really friendly, and our room had a patio door that overlooked the garden and pool.   We stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Florida this year. It is a very good location – 1 hour driving time to Orlando, about 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach Pier is just across the street, Ron Jon’s surf shop with its great rentals about 1 mile south (I really recommend riding bikes along the beach in the morning).   Everything. The hot tub is awesome. The staff is very professional when they need to be (yet, down-to-earth and informal if the situation calls for it) and very accommodating overall. We stayed in a Standard Family Suite with three beds and were comfortably able to fit 4-5 people.
