  We enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was quiet, clean and always the staff were very accomodating. There was not a lot to do at Cocoa Beach, but the Resort made up for that with all the immenities. A quiet and relaxing vacation is exactly what we got. The lobby was always very cool and comfortable and the smell was wonderful. Some lo - This was our second year at the Resort on Cocoa Beach for our girls weekend. We enjoy being able to check in when we arrived, even though it was not four. The staff always seem happy to greet their new guest and very acommodating. We are two older ladies and two younger so having the pool and easy access to the beach is a plus and the ability to cook in instead of going out every night is great. We hope to get back next year.

  We got a two-bedroom condo and found it extremely spacious and comfortable. Great beds and pillows; well-stocked kitchen; and a fabulous view of the ocean from our front balcony! Staff was beyond acommodating. The studio was great-we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony all the time. The restaurant and bar was very good (Lacy you are great). And the beach! How do you describe warm water,great waves, white sand and miles of beach with only a few people? I never rave but this place is well worth it!

  We stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Florida this year. It is a very good location – 1 hour driving time to Orlando, about 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach Pier is just across the street, Ron Jon’s surf shop with its great rentals about 1 mile south (I really recommend riding bikes along the beach in the morning).   Everything. The hot tub is awesome. The staff is very professional when they need to be (yet, down-to-earth and informal if the situation calls for it) and very accommodating overall.
