Everything. The hot tub is awesome. The staff is very professional when they need to be (yet, down-to-earth and informal if the situation calls for it) and very accommodating overall. We stayed in a Standard Family Suite with three beds and were comfortably able to fit 4-5 people. Next time we go to Cocoa Beach, we will DEFINITELY be staying at Cocoa Beach Suites Hotel. The suite was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were TVs in both rooms. The hot tub was huge. It was within walking distance of the beach. The price was great! I will definitely stay here again!.
所有评语 » Centrally located by beach, on the main road, near many restaurants, and only ten minutes away from Port Canaveral. This hotel was very reasonably priced and the king-sized bed was super comfortable!. Price, convenient, spacious, comfortable, accomodating staff, helpful with shuttle information and transportaion to cruise terminal. Close to restaurants and beach. Family friendly. Enough space for big family!, I spended just one day prior leaving to Port Canaveral and staff was friendly and very helpfull, we relaxed at the jacuzzi and had a great night sleep. Perfect location to stay when leaving on a cruise the following day. We were able to leave our car and use the shuttle service to the ship for a stress-free start to our vacation. Staff of both Kyle and CJ were excellent. You are close to everything in the area. Room set ups make it easy for 4 to 6 people to stay. Friendly Staff,Very clean rooms,organized,Great location for shopping,restaurants,close to the beach.. The rooms were nice and comfortable, very roomy. The price was great and I would stay here again. Location, less than 1 minute walk to the beach. Waffle house is right beside it. staff was excellent very pleasant, room was large, had an ocean view. The room was big enough for my family. Staff make the hotel a pleasure. location and price. Staff. You get what you pay for. There were no chairs in the rooms. The pillows could have been better. Nothing that I was aware of. Nothing. Had to wait for the elevator to go for ice at the 4th floor and when I took the stairs it was a bit scarry and dirty. Had to take the elevator down just for one floor!. No negatives. Need to upgrade TV's and Towels. I did not nothing to say. Talking with the desk clerk and they lie about helping you when you have an issue with the room and you never hear from them. No breakfast or any food items, no swimming pool. Elevator was slow. Although I paid cash the balance was blocked on my credit card. Today, over two weeks ago I stayed at the hotel, the balance is still blocked on my credit card. No lobby were one could enjoy WHFI! The LAN was excellent but the wife was not happy with the absence of WIFI so she could not use her iPhone or iPad. No parking. The water pressure, coffee and limited parking. The pool location was way too far!. Could use new carpet & TV's. Need to have hangers in the rooms. The full bed was too short for my 5'10" daughter. I wish they had a pool!. The main problem there is no parking. We had to park at the Waffle House. Not close. air conditioner did not work, no pool, poor parking, hot tub was broken. The place smelled funny. No pool. Short, but hot, walk to the beach. Entire Hotel need an upgrade considering the location. Need a complete upgrade. The cleaning staff.
