  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. Any questions we had, the staff was very helpful in answering, whether it was a charge on our account or great recommendations for dinner. We live in Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd Aquarium.   This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

  Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator?
