Staff was excellent about addressing concerns immediately . For example, one day we were locked in our room. We called front desk and they sent someone immediately to open the door. The rooms were really nice, good size. The beds were very comfortable. I

call of duty, when something was requested. Breakfast was good, lots of
variety. That was nice. Glad there were laundry facilities available.

"Don't judge a book by its cover" applies to this motel. It's an old fashioned 2-story horseshoe motel with parking in the middle that doesn't impress you when you see it. Friendly staff, very clean, great beds, quiet, easy access to Metro station and access to DC, very reasonably priced, good coffee and coffee maker, Good free wifi in each room.

We checked in late and Kyle (I believe was his name) was very help and answered all of our questions about the area. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and spacious. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to metro rails. Would stay there again. Old Alexandria looks like a great place to explore, but this trip did not give us the opportunity as were we committed already to other areas of the city for different events.

If you are looking for luxurious, high class, this is not the place
for you. However, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in dc. It
has nice, basic rooms, very clean and provides all that is required.
Most importantly, it is in a great location, being very close to all
the popular tourist destinations. There is a fun bar in the lobby, and
the cafe provides a decent, well priced breakfast. I thoroughly
recommend this one.

My room was very small, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast choices were meager. Still, it was comfortable and quiet and it's reasonably easy to get into DC.
