Clean, comfortable bed, good rate, friendly staff, attentive manager, great adjoining restaurant, great diner w/i walking, shuttle to stadium. Great stay for the money. I liked how nice and friendly the staff was and how they did acomdate my family in everyway. The shuttle to the Rangers Ballpark. The mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Free pick up and drop off to and from game.

Nobody answering the phone on several occasions to get in contact with hotel personnel. Limited amount of towels in the room. No complaints. Room was nasty. Terrible & worse place we've stayed in yet. shuttle wasnt running. a/p. the train it felt like it went by every 5 minutes. The establishment was an older one that needs to be upgraded or renovated to accommodate its patrons better. the breakfast bar was not pleasing, very little selection. The room smelled like cigarette ..restroom was not working. People walked in our room at night from an adjoining room while we slept. Had to move after first night to another room because light in restroom wouldn't work. Not all lights worked in our 3 rooms I had for our friends The toilets are to out dated and takes about 20mins to fill up to reflush.. hotel lobby area needed updated(paint,worn out fixtures)room dirty air conditioner outlet socket pulled away from wall,dirty coffee maker,refrigerator,2 lamps wired together with electrical tape,pillows felt like cardboard extremely flat! and lastly....annoying train nearby keeping wife awake all night. bad location for motel/hotel. Uncomfortable bed Torn, burnt linens Dirty Room NOISEY Key card kept failing Room reeked of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Continental Breakfast? Shuttles to the game was ok, but the drivers looks like homeless bums and smoked and raced against each other to the game. I would NEVER go back or tell friends to go there. My room electrical outlets didn't work. I didn't have hot water on first night there. Toilet didn't work Room floor smelled like wet carpets. They,re were roaches in the bathroom and a stinch out of this world. I would like a refund. The hotel was not very clean. No hot water after one person takes a bath. Roaches, and dirty walls. The beds were on a wood frame that had screws sticking out. Tv has no connections for a dvd player. I felt like a was staying in a crack motel. The train passed every forty five minutes and had to honk the horn every time it passed!. Room was bad. Too near train station and very noisy. Service was too slow. Rooms was nasty. Bed was hard showers was nasty tv didn't work properly. Bathroom shower tile had mold growing on it. Maintainance man had to install smoke alarm while we were in the room. Yellow jacket nest close to room outside. Carpet smelled very musty. Beds were very hard and lumpy. Train track across the street. Prostitutes at hotel. Noisy overall. The hotel across the street from train tracks. Super loud unable to sleep all night. We were staying 3 nights we decided 2 nights was enough we just wanted to sleep at night and drive back home. The location was HORRIBLE. Room dirty 3 towels only and 1soup for 3 people. Very disappointed!!!:(. Did not like the location. Next to train tracks with a train passing and blowing the horn every 10 minutes. Also next to truck repair shop with 18 wheelers revving up their engines constantly!. It was not clean at all and in a rough part of town. the location/too close to train, the cleanliness of the bathroom, the smell. Filthy, room door broken, clerk spoke very little English and was very rude. If I hadn't already given my cc # online, I would have left in a heart beat. Worst motel experience ever. Train tracks across from motel, clerk says we wouldn't hear it because we were on the backside of the property. Train kept us up all night. dead roach in the bathroom, a/c didn't work, staff was rude and lied about room availability. there was trash in a fenced area visible from my balcony. broken chairs and a toilet that was filled with garbage. it was disgusting. I have never stayed in a dirtier, more disgusting place. I left and went to another hotel at 3 am. it was horrible. Everything. I ordered a handicap room because i have no legs i was put in a room that i could not get into bathroom and could not move around in it was the most horrible hotel i have ever stayed in. This hotel is more of a rat trap then any i have ever stayed. Would not re ommend to anybody. The beds were hard as hell the breakfast was a joke I will not even stay there again. Everything. Rooms were nasty. One stunk so bad we had to get another room. Right next to the railroad tracks in a not so nice neighborhood. I wouldn't stay there again.
