The hotel - Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

  Free underground car parking, breakfast and all taxes were included in apartment price. The kitchen were fully equipped and separated from the main living room (reducing smell when cooking food) - big apartment, clean, compared to other hotels the price is very good

  Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were always attentive to our requests. The hotel also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for a set price which were always good value. They also provided free shuttle services at set times. One day those times didn't suit our needs, so the receptionist organised us a private shuttle bus instead (30 DH... what people say » S to Dubai Mall) which we were happy with. - I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..

  It was affordable, located centrally, private, very helpful staff, early book in was alowed, clean and neat. My request for a room higher up in the building was granted. We did not hear any noise from any of the night clubs. - Good experience in all in our stay at the Palm Beach hotel in Dubai. The hotel staff were very helpful.
