clean and bright atmosphere - The apartment was great, in an accesable area, easy to find by taxis etc. The staff were amazing and the standard was great i.e. the rooms were cleaned daily once we had gone out with clean towels etc.

I worked in travel for 22 years at Ansett and Qantas and Jetset . so it takes alot to impress me but this did . As it was not the fault of the hotel . Breakfasts were great . Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

Some reviews on your website seemed quite low I was surprised. I was in Block 5 and would be very happy to go back again - and again. Really happy with the level of service of the staff in reception, door staff and dining areas. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel accomdated our request for an early check-in which I was happy with. Our room was very spacious and clean and ideally located within a short walking distance to Meena Bazaar. I would stay here again if I re-visited Dubai.

I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..
