Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Hotel is comforting and front desk guys are all awesome

it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.

I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

Friendly staff is a much advantage as hospitality for any business. But, friendliness will not last long unless they are paid well by the management. So to keep up the current hospitality and friendliness of your hotel staff, do pay well and give them as per the local countries standards and rules.

Staff, especially the front of house and reception staff were absolutely excellent and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is excellent and inviting. The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
