The Sadaf Hotel offers good service at a great, central location. It is in walking distance from the traditional Naif and Morshid Bazaar and the famous Gold Souk. Union Metro Station is a short walk away. A few minutes' walking will take you to the Al Ghurair shopping centre and the lively Al Riqqa Street with all its shops and restaurants. There you will find plenty of cosy cafes where you can enjoy tea, coffee and shisha. Beniyas corniche is also close by the hotel. A fully equipped business centre is available at the Sadaf. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach and to the city’s malls. The restaurant serves international food, and room service is available 24-hours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with TV. location of the hotel is walking distance to shops, bus station, restaurants,etc, helpful and friendly hotel staff,spacious bathroom, safe, clean. The hotel was good for the price. The bathroom could have been a litte bit bigger or the door smaller. Beautiful environment and excellent customer service.

Perhaps it is because of language but I expected the staff to be more courteous to guests such as greetings and welcoming guests. The entertainment suggested on the website were not readily available in the hotel. Also, the hotel seem to be able to provide for some of the services advertised. For example, planned trip to the beach was cancelled due to none availability of vehicle.Location in the inner city, very close to airport. Reasonable price, value for money. Some staff were nice, free shuttle to beach and City Center Mallincluded . . but not mentioned in brochure. Did not have to pay oncc up front. The information in the listing said there was an outdoor pool. When I asked at reception at 3.30pm I was told there was one at their sister hotel with a shuttle bus which would run again from 6.30am the next day. I was leaving the next day for the airport early so was unable to use this facility. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because there was meant to be a pool so I was disappointed. There was too much nose from the club beside the hotel at night.the location. difficult to find and many taxis are reluctant to go to that area. The hotel also needs a bit of upgrade. There was no airport shuttle service as stated in the information on the hotel.They hold your passport for police report. Because it is in inner city there is noisy night-life outside in the streets. Windows in my particular room were not noise-proof, you feel like they were open all the time. Water pressure is not that good, and not easy to have hot water. Shuttle from airport needed to be booked in advance and cost more than ataxi. Could not take a cup of coffee from breakfast to my room!!.Location - beside a "brothel" / strippers hotel . .. ., kept passportduring entire stay, could not cash travelers cheques as a result, butwas told after that either could pay deposit on room to get pp back.Information on city buses would be an asset.
