close to transport, efficient and discreet staff. every thing except breakfast and high sound of music at night clups. friendly staff, and superb breakfast. Breakfast at room without any extra money. staff are polite, decent and helpful. Have restaurents to take care of different communities and natinality people. everything normal. hotel staff.
all reviews » Able to arrive late at night and get to the room without any fuss. the location of the hotel and the staffs. Not a lot. Looks nice when you enter. I like the area was good. Very convenient to go to many places, eg city centre.I did not like the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone i hate. change the breakfast>> add eggs> vigitables. potato >sweets to the puffet. Night clubs make lot of noises and need to be sound proof better way. at the first time of arrival they keept us in small room not that one on the site and then we changed it.breakfast.. i wish if they add new things to the menu. My suggestion to change the complementary breaffast for different food. But in that Hotel the same breakfast daily cannot change the menu for different variety. Pillows were too big, puffed up!. the hotels its 2 star not 3 star like the information in site. the car parking is faraway from the hotel because some time there is no deriver to bring the car so u have to go wolking to bring your car. Scruffy place, loud disco music till 3am, on major city interchange so massive traffic noise,not a very nice part of Dubai. Very noisy, @ very busy roundabout junction,constant horn blowing. 24Hrconstruction site on opposite corner. Breakfast of a very poor standard.Would not recommend as a holiday hotel choice. Ok for a short businesstrip. 3 star rating is to high. Room had many defects. Leaking taps , toilet, door that fell out. Toilet Bathroom is poor as Toilet is not flushiong well. Cleanliness of clothes such as Blankets is doubtful as I feel that these are not replaced after used. Very bad reciption people. I don't like of the noise coming from the nightclub, its really disturbing my sleep. And I am dissappointed at time the hotel water supply was cut off for a certain hours. The waitress/waiter are not friendly at all. Everything about the hotel was bad, there is some sort of bollywood nightclub on the second floor and all you can hear is the bass until 3am. The buffet breakfast was terrible, stale croissants amongst other bad things. After finding a cockroach at the hotel my stay was ruined and felt ill, worse as i had eaten breakfast there. The hotel manager i found to be very rude.
