I stayed in many 5 stars hotel and apartment but this one is owsome many beautiful things have been gathered and kept at one place for you, service n staff were excellent n always with smiling face and ready to offer you any service you wish , I stayed here with my small family with 2 kids at 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days but we felt ourselves at home, concierge, Valet parking people were always there 24/7 to help you . I would surely visit n recommend this to others.
all reviews » A staff encountered we very nice and polite. 2 Bedroom apartment was spacious, and beds/pillows and were really comfy. My wife loved the spa. The location is close to metro, creek, reasonably large/new Al Guhrair mall and Spinneys. Use of PC in business lounge was free (but not internet). Gym/Pool (2 number), we nice. quiet and sufficient sun beds. Family friendly, clean, culturally appropriate (no discos, no alcohol). Close to Al Ghurair shopping centre. Spinneys supermarket is close by and Dome caf with free internet access. Many resturauts and coffee shops. Highly recommened. I like the apartment .. It was 3 bedroom and my kids like the swimming pool.. also I like that it is next to Al Ghurair Centre, so since I check-in in the hotel , I didn't move my car until the check out.. Very spacious apartments, clean building and rooms, superb service - sometimes a bit over the top. Great views from rooms high up (and odd room numbers! The even ones face the next door hotel tower). I had the three bedrooms apartment. Very spacious and clean. Staffs in the hotel, room service and al Liwan restaurent (rihan rotana adjacent to arjaan) were very welcoming and helpful. even though these are serviced apartments, the service is excellent starting from checin onwards. rooms are very good.staff very helpful and overall a superb place to stay. I take the appartment with 2 room 1- it was so wild and comfortable .. 2- Good location behind algharer center in dera dubia . have free parking. The apartment was spacious, clean & well designed. Insufficient facilities for small children. Fully functional kitchen was not fully functional as there was no oven! Iron board use not recommended for persons over 4ft in height (it was like a toy). Although we were in self catering apartment we were not permitted to have our own food and drink at pool. More competative internet charges for multiple uses would have made the experience better. Internet is too expensive, too slow (250 Kbps) and restricted to 2 devices per account. The couches in the living rooms are non-foldable, so really only kids under 12 can sleep there. The location was in a busy district of Dubai (traffic wise). Al Liwan restaurent food selection (buffet) for dinner was below expectation although the place and staff were excellent. .They do not care about wake up time. المبلغ عالي. you should ask for the dental kit the twin room's cupdoard in too small for 2 the expencive wifi or calls. i think there is nothing which we didnt like. No free internet. The gym was very poor & it doesn't reflect the class of this fine hotel. it need some more exercise machines. I had to look for a nearby gym to workout. I asked for non smoking but although it was clean it was obvious it had been smoked in. Concierge wasn't really motivated to do their job. Other than that, everything else was great. Difficult to access to its attached mall, still under renovation/construction I believe. Expensive price 250 OR pear night. Price is high and found bad smell at store.. smell in the water. bad management. Nothing to mention. Internet is charged!. Mosque was far. I was charged twice..! :(. Expensive. The electric cooker it was not Practical to use took a long Time to come on. No enough staff in the front desk. it took more that 30 min to check in/out. Cleansing. ..they did not use the proper products it seems. Instead of the smell of freshness of any product the kitchen area smelled broken eggs. Nothing. wifi is not free. i hop internet be free not chargable. Nothing. No think. Nothing. Delay on order. There is only one staff available at the reception to attend to a handful of customers waiting. Internet expensive and slow. Shortage in Reception staffs. A bit the check in takes a while Net services is not free while lower hotels avil that for free Reception area is too small No offers for dining in. Upon checkout slight delay. Inexperiencedand limited number of staff. Check in and check out are too slow Access to the hotel is difficult.
