Very pleasant room, nice and cosy breakfast terrace with excellent breakfast, good central location with cafes, shopping malls, etc. in fair walking distance. Almost no street noise. Staff are very helpful, All amentities are available and the location of the hotel which is nearby all good restaurants and shopping centeres.the location, the freindly staff, the under ground guest car park.

Two things in particular: the very friendly staff (regards to the person in charge of the tours like desert safari and so on - I forgot his name but he was extremely nice and friendly with us :-)) and the calm environment (it is not easy to find such a calm place in a city like Dubai). Furthermore, the rooms were nice and we also liked the lunch buffet. The staff was very quick to accomodate to our needs and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were decorated in a cool modern style and clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, even the extra bedding that we needed for our room. Also, there is parking below the hotel.i liked the fact that it was quite near to the airport, to some of the shopes, returants, barbers, supermarkets and the pharmacy. i liked the Cafe of the hotel. didnt have time to see the swimming pool or the Gym. For those not used to Dubai or who like to walk to and from their hotels, it is a bit difficult to find, but this is not a bad reflection on the hotel itself. The internet fees is so costly and I have been given a log and I used the net for less than 5 minutes and charged me as used for an hour.The public music can be heared at the room. maybe a better tv.It was a 'dry' hotel. The taxes that are not told before including local council tax? Vey odd..No it fitted what we expected for the price. location not good for that am cancel 2 nights.It's realy defficult to get a Taxi at the hotel,and the location area as a holl. small s.pool. noise at night. location / far from major malls. The area is not really beautiful. it was hard to get a taxi from outside, so i hade to use the Hotel Private Taxi which was at least 20 Dhs more expensive than other taxies. laundry service was a bit slow. it takes at least 24 hours to get back ur clothes.Split male / female sessions in the steam room. Breakfast was just average.The website to log-in to the internet was not user-friendly.

Our hotel is located in Deira at the Muraqqabat Road opposite Grand Mart.

Rimal Rotana is located just10 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Airport pick-up can be arranged through the hotel for a fee. Guests interested in booking an airport transfer should contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information. Airport transfers must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Taxis are also available from the airport.
