The staff and the service is better than what I expect, since the apartment rate was low, but I did not have another choice but to book there because all the other places was fully booked. I think they deserve better rate than what they have. It was a nice place to stay with big spacious rooms and place is nearby many malls and good joints basically in center of city... Regards to all the staff for nice nature.

Ms. Ellyn in reservation was very cooperative and good. a value for money with 3 spacious bedrooms. location value for money. Space and comfort. There was plenty of space. One large double bed and two smaller double beds. 7 could have slept there comfortably. Location was good for Meridian village and Irish village. Group friendly, no problem having extra visitors. Room service was very efficient. budget friendly location nearby to evrthing food is 24hrs and is great and hygienic room service is good bar and club good music at times. The location was great everything within reach. Location. Near to the airport, center of the city, easy access to restaurants, shops and everything. Rooms very spacious but a bit tacky and outdated. Except price nothing was there to like. Location. Absolutly nothing. Nothing at all. I like the AC. nothing... Receptionist was not really welcoming. staf was not very good there was alot of broken thing in kichen. No complimentary breakfast. The abundance of cockroaches, strange plastic underlay in carpets, leaking toilets and taps in all three bathrooms, general shabbiness of the place and extremely unhelpful female receptionists (could not even provide directions to the hotel). search for better ones noisy lower floors cheap room appearance smelly kitchen cheap bar (one bar is good)ambience pay for bed locality. Not clean at all Very Noisy V. Old smelly. One of the toilets in our apartment smelt very bad all through our stay and nothing was done about it. Rude staff, very old hotel which must require maintenance, dark entrance and reception, worst house keeping i ever experience. We booked 2 bedroom apartment and there was no towels in washrooms, no kitchen amnesties available, very dirty carpet and rooms, we were unable to control AC........not a place to live for an hour even. Staff were not very welcoming or friendly at all, the rooms in need of a serious makeover and bathrooms need refitted with a new suite. Had stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Bad service. Had to call manytimes to get some towels. No water in one of the bathrooms. Water pressure so low that its impossible to take a shower in any of the bathrooms. Leakages in bathrooms. Asked for an extra quilt / pillow many times...but was ignored happily. too many cockroaches everywhere.. the shower was hardly working- the flow of water really bad...room service was lousy- you ask them for something n they send something totally different... I am glad we were out most days and only used it for sleeping. the room was very dirty and bathrooms were dirty and broken. I stayed for 4 days no one came to even clean the room. The toliets leaked water, the carpets crunched with each step. The place is falling apart. I hated everything full of cockroaches smelt like a dead rat in the whole hotel will never stay there for free I checked out early and never minded losing money please don't stay at this dump hotel. 1hour to check in. Room wasn't ready Reception lady not polite Room available but not clean After check in people came to clean room I checked in at 3pm came back at 8pm they changed my room and wasn't ready was made to wait 1hour prior check in Pathetic staff n hotel Cockroaches in room. Not clean at all,, the staff not help full,,. everything. It was full of insects. Horrible stay! No water in tap & Showers - not rectified after repeated reminders. They fixed them on the time when we were checking out. Unresponsive reception! No cleaning till we departed, even after many reminders!. worst!!!! DONT DARE BOOK THIS HOTEL. we were not able to sleep because the sound of the bar in the ground floor is too loud, no maintenance, everything is dirty and not in order, full of cockroaches, smelly.... augh!!!! it was like a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! shame on them!!!.
