It was nice at the Apartment and I particularly would like to commend three staff who provided excellent services during our stay. Mr. Usman and Ms. maybel at the reception and Mr. Arjun cleaner in the room. I wish to specially commend these three for their services. Welcome has an excellent location and it is convenient for moving around either with a taxi or the Metro. As usual I enjoyed staying at your hotel I really recommend it for a great weekend and families and a special thanks for Maybel and Usman the reception staff n Michael the bell boy thank your hospitality.

The majority of staff went out of their way to be helpful and provided prompt action where this needed to be taken. Apartment was neat and clean. Very nice for small family . Clean bathroom.. Location only. Nothing to write home about except that the rooms were big. There was a receptionist on duty during the early hours of 22 November when we arrived. he was very rude. Nothing. swimming pool wasn't in closed hall and its water was cold and the time is limited from 9am to 6 pm. Nothing. late service of cleaning the rooms due to lack of staff. Nothing. One or two issues with a few members of staff - teething problems at these recently opened apartments. Management positively offered to take corrective actions and welcomed constructive criticism. No internet. though I paid for net, but could not connect. wifi should available free, need remote for parking door,breakfast too expensive , 10% for city tax is extra. Staff we're not helpful,took almost 2hrs for them to unlock my safe in the room and made me late for my appointment.... Long time to response to request.Long time to got the the stuff from the car. Lastly, difficult to get to parking because no key can be used. You have to wait for the authorization. Nothing to complain also. The TV was not working for my stay. No refj in the room. The desk delay me for 2 hour becuse they gave my resrvation to anther person. varey noizy frpm the gest and airplans, near by airport.
